While Irrfan has wowed the East and the West alike with his unique style of acting, Chitrangda has just become sexier and a more fine actor in quick time."It was a fantastic experience to work with Irrfan. Ours is a very different but exciting pairing. While I'm emotional, he is reserved," says Chitrangda. "Chitrangda is so beautiful that one finds it hard to remember lines in her presence so in that sense I had to work harder for the role," adds Irrfan, clearly bowled over by his co-star's beauty.
Yeh Saali Zindagi that opens on February 4, is a quirky love story in the guise of a thriller. Irrfan Khan plays the role of Arun, who has to save his lady love Priti played by Chitrangda. The movie is a roller-coaster ride towards a shattering climax. However, it is a happy film that is all about romance. "Romance is the real essence of the movie despite it also being a thriller. It is because of love that things in the movie happen,”Chitrangda ends saying.
