Actor Shahid Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor had their differences while shooting for 'Mausam'. However, the two actors seem to have grown fond of each other and claim to have even learnt a thing or two from one another in their recent interactions. It's well known that dad Pankaj Kapur, who makes his directorial debut with 'Mausam' asked Shahid and Sonam to write and exchange love letters while shooting for the movie.
It was an exercise introduced by
Pankaj Kapur to help enhance the chemistry between his two lead actors - Shahid and Sonam.
First a burden, letter writing soon became a part of Shahid and Sonam's life. "At first we didn't know how to write and what to write. Later, we did it because we had to. The charm is that we still write letters to each other. It's fun. It's therapeutic. never mind getting to know the other person, through letter writing you get to know yourself!" shares Shahid.
About 'Mausam', Shahid says that they've left no stone unturned to ensure that 'Mausam' turns out the way Pankaj Kapur had envisioned.
