Stylish Saif (TOI Photo)What a comeback indeed!
Anything can happen in Bollywood! Bad films can work, good ones can bomb, an over-rated actor can fizzle out soon while a rank newcomer can leave a mark. But in rare cases, an actor is reborn and how! Yes, we are talking about one of the most bankable stars of today Saif Ali Khan. What a comeback indeed!
Hard work, talent, good looks, honesty, passion, X factor precedes all, but your ‘stars’ (read good luck) also play an important role in making or breaking you as an individual.
1x1 polls

Saif just had his 38th birthday so let’s figure out how numerology has played a vital role in his careergraph.
Saif is a Leo (Fire Sign) born on August 16, 1970, ruled by Number 1 (Sun), Numbers 2 and 7 (Moon and Neptune) and Number 5 (1 + 6 + 8 + 1 + 9 + 7 + 0 = 32 = 3 + 2 = 5 Mercury) which indicates mangal in his birth chart.
His lucky numbers are the series of 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7, whereas his unlucky numbers will be 3, 4, 8, 9 and their series.
He made his Bollywood debut in the film Parampara. He was 23. (2 + 3 = 5).
For his next film Aashiq Awara, he won the Best Debut Award. The title of the film adds up to Number 5.

His breakthrough role came with his 5th and 6th film in 1994 (1 + 9 + 9 + 4 = 23 = 2 + 3 = 5) with Yeh Dillagi which released on May 6 and Main Khiladi Tu Anari which released on September 23 (2 + 3 = 5). Both were major hits.
Soon after he gave a spate of flops in his 26th and 27th years with films like Ek Tha Raja, Bombai Ka Babu, Tu Chor Main Sipahi, Dil Tera Diwana, Hamesha, Udaan etc.
Finally he tasted some success in 1999 (1 + 9 + 9 + 9 = 28 = 2 + 8 = 10 = 1 + 0 = 1) with his 19th film, Kachche Dhaage (title adds up to Number 7) and Hum Saath Saath Hain (title adds up to Number 1) which released on Nov 5.
His 23rd film (2 + 3 = 5), Kya Kehna (title adds up to Number 22) was a hit but the leading actor got major credit for it. He was 30. (3 + 0 = 3)
But it was his 25th film (2 + 5 = 7), Dil Chahta Hai (title adds up to Number 7) which resurrected his career in true sense of the word. This must have been his best birthday gift on his 32nd (3 + 2 = 5) birthday as the film released just a week before that.
Since then he had many box office successes such as Kal Ho Na Ho (title adds up to Number 1) which released on October 28, 2003 (2 + 8 + 1 + 0 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 3 = 16 = 1 + 6 = 7).
Ek Hasina Thi (title adds up to Number 6) which released on January 16, 2004 (1 + 6 + 1 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 4 = 14 = 1 + 4 = 5) won him tremendous critical acclaim.
Hum Tum (title adds up to Number 2) which won him the National Film Award for Best Actor was his 32nd film (3 + 2 = 5).
Parineeta (title adds up to Number 5) which released on June 10, 2005 (1 + 0 + 0 + 6 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 5 = 14 = 5) and Salaam Namaste which released on September 9, 2005 (9 + 9 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 5 = 25 = 2 + 5 = 7) firmly established Saif as one of the industry’s most dependable stars.
Although his recent films were not box office hits, he bagged enormous acclaim for his villainous role in Omkara (title adds up to Number 17) which released on July 28, 2006 (2 + 8 + 7 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 6 = 25 = 2 + 5 = 7) and won him the ‘Best Villain Award’ at all the major award ceremonies.
Currently in his 37th year (3 + 7 = 10 = 1 + 0 = 1), his performance in his 37th film, Eklavya — The Royal Guard (title adds up to Number 9) was praised and appreciated by critics and audiences both.
His last release Tara Rum Pum (title adds up to Number 2) was just a moderate success due to a not so favourable release date 27th (2 + 7 = 9) April 2007. (2 + 7 + 4 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 7 = 22 = 4) for him.
On the personal front, he separated from his wife Amrita Singh (born on February 9) and sought divorce in his 35th year (3 + 5 = 8).
He has also broken up with his Italian girl friend Rozza although it was not a bad match at all and he should possibly think of reconciliation.
Saif was hospitalised on Feb 18 this year (1 + 8 = 9). He should wear a Red Coral (Moonga) in his right hand ring finger to be set in gold on a Tuesday around 8.45 am.
Saif has indeed proved that it’s never too late to begin your fresh innings. To put in one line Better be ‘Saif’ than sorry!
