Sunny Singh got a lot of acclaim after 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' became a sleeper hit. The actor who is also known for 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2' has a number of interesting projects lined up in 2023. Sunny will be seen next in 'Adipurush' along with Prabhas and Kriti Sanon this year.
'Adipurush' is slated to be one of the biggest releases this year. The makers had released the film's teaser a while ago and it got some great feedback, along with some flak too. But the makers pushed the film's release date to June then, so that they can make the film even better. Sunny will be seen essaying the role of Laxman while Prabhas and Kriti will be seen as Ram and Sita.
Apart from Adipurush, the actor will be seen in the horror comedy ;The Virgin Tree' which shall see him alongside Sanjay Dutt. The film also stars Mouni Roy and Palak Tiwari.
Post that, Sunny will be seen opposite Huma Qureshi is a comedy called 'Single Salma'. The film is directed Nachiket Samant and produced by Huma's production house.
Talking about getting into these diverse roles, Sunny shares, "My Competition has always been with myself. For me, what matters is the reading. You know the whole film's story, your character and their thought, what is happening in the film and with other characters. So, you automatically know how you need to play your part.”
