Will they be the next Salman, Bhagyashree?

When you talk about Sooraj Barjatya’s Rajshri Productions Pvt Ltd, you are always reminded of big stars, lavish settings and opulent sets.
But in his next production Isi Life Mein, this filmmaker of great repute is deviating from grandeur to make a movie focussing on the youth of the country in which he raises their issues and dreams.
Sooraj has single-handedly made careers out of new faces —Salman Khan and Bhagyashree being the best examples after making their debut in the blockbuster Maine Pyar Kiya.This time around, too, Sooraj has spotted some exciting young talent who he feels will take the industry by storm. The male lead of his film is being played by Akshay Oberoi and the female protagonist is Sandeepa Dhar.
Sooraj says, “Rajshri has always believed in promoting fresh talent. Isi Life Mein is about youngsters, their dreams, their aspirations and how life is beautiful when you follow your heart and turn your dreams into reality in this life.” The youngsters have learned a lot from Sooraj. Akshay says, “I could not have dreamed of a better platform. He has been a guiding force.” Sandeepa adds, “I really learned about humility after meeting and interacting with him. He has achieved so much and yet he never made me feel that I’m a newcomer.”
The movie is being directed by Vidhi Kasliwal, who has previously assisted Sooraj. She has penned the story too. The other cast members include freshers who are actual students from various colleges in Mumbai — this will render the required freshness, innocence, realism and youthfulness to the film. Mohnish Bahl and Aditya Raj Kapoor play important roles in the film which will release on December 24.
