It seems she''s reached come to the bridge and crossed it too. <br /><br />"We''ll cross the bridge when we reach it," said Aishwarya Rai famously, when talking to Bob Simon for CBS''s <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">60 Minutes</span>. <br /><br />The bridge being referred to was Ash''s I-don''t-kiss-on-screen stand. According to the latest information, the actress seems to have come to the bridge and crossed it too. <br /><br />"I do recognise that this is a huge topic of discussion. I don''t believe in shedding my clothes to get attention or to create media buzz or to apparently make a movie more watchable," <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">The New York Daily News </span>quoted Aishwarya as saying.<br /><br />While the lady won''t be shedding her clothes in a hurry, her stand on kissing has taken an about turn. Ash now says that she will be willing to do kissing scenes if the director considers them imperative. <br /><br /></div> </div><div class="section2"><div class="Normal">Some are skeptical on Ash''s no-skin stand too. Going by her revealing outfits in her latest film <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Shabd</span>, many observers say that <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Shabd </span>was her first foray towards a bolder avatar. <br /><br />Ash however says that it all depends on the role. "I look at it that you really work within your comfort zone and that''s where conviction comes in. It''s really about the roles themselves," she adds.<br /><br />Ash''s upcoming Hollywood projects include the role of a battered prostitute in <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Chaos </span>with Meryl Streep, Roland Joffe''s <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Singularity </span>opposite Brendan Fraser, and tentatively in Michael Douglas’ <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Racing The Monsoon</span>.<br /><br />Despite these projects, the former Miss World and Bollywood diva has no plans to leave Mumbai. "Home has been Mumbai, and I don''t see any reason for any kind of permanent shift," said Ash.</div> </div>
