Karishma Sharma – who has been in several films and TV shows as well as revved things up with her sizzling track in Hrithik Roshan's 'Super 30' – has a new mantra. The actress has taken to a plant-based diet and it seems like it’s doing her a lot of good. She says it’s made her feel lighter, helped her gain better concentration and energy levels and she looks great, too.
Speaking about this, Karishma said, “I have recently taken to this diet and the results are like never before.

My focus and concentration are sharper now. And my energy levels have gone through the roof. I also feel a lot lighter throughout the day. My diet now includes plenty of veggies like peppers, corn, avocados, lettuce, spinach, kale, peas, collards and more. After switching to this, I find that my body’s systems have rebooted themselves. The time I've spent unwinding at home has been great to read and know more about this diet and adapt to it. I have enjoyed making and trying to cook new stuff. Cooking being a great stress buster is something I try doing regularly anyway. I recommend this diet to everyone. Moreover, switching to a plant-based decreases the pressure on the planet as well.”
