Who are Rohit's angels?

It was assumed that Sush, Priyanka and Lara Dutta would be a part of Rohit Jugraj's remake of 'Charlie's Angels'. However, that isn't the case now.

Contrary to media reports that Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta and Sushmita Sen will be essaying action super-girls in Rohit Jugraj��s Indian version of Charlie��s Angels, the spokespersons of the three actresses insist the girls haven��t even been approached, forget about giving their nod!
Not so long ago, there was news that medico-turned-filmmaker Rohit Jugraj, the man behind recent box-office bloopers Superstar and James, has been approached by Abbas Mustan to direct the Indian version of Hollywood hit Charlie��s Angels.
If the buzz in showbiz is to be believed, Rohit has pulled off a casting coup of sorts by roping in former beauty queens Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta and Sushmita Sen as the three sexy ��angels�� originally essayed by Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu.

Yet, some reports hinted that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Preity Zinta and Kangna Ranaut might be the perfect contenders for portraying the three action super-girls on the Indian celluloid.
Though a well-placed source close to Rohit admits he��s directing a film for Abbas Mustan, he remains guarded on divulging any details on the film��s cast. "Rohit is directing a film for Abbas Mustan but he has been asked not to talk about it right now. It��s a bit too early. Yes, Rohit has a dream-cast in mind for the Indian version of Charlie��s Angels and he has put forth his request to Abbas Mustan. They are one of the most well-connected directors in the industry, so I don��t think it will that difficult for them to give into to Rohit��s ambitious demands," says the source.

However, there is a twist in this tale. When contacted, Priyanka��s spokesperson categorically says, "Rohit claims to have signed on Priyanka and Lara for this project, but I have news for him. Priyanka has not even been approached, forget about being signed on! And I doubt whether the other actresses have been approached either," says Priyanka��s spokesperson.
Even Lara��s spokesperson seems unsure of the project. A source close to Lara also clarifies, "The last film Lara has signed is one opposite Akshay Kumar. She hasn��t even heard about this Rohit Jugraj film, forget about signing it!" Even sources close to Sushmita Sen suggest there��s only smoke, no fire, in these reports.
