It's the news of the decade. A Hollywood film starring a top Indian actor and a top Hollywood actress! Now if that ain't a coup, nothing is. According to reports, the film titlted 'Marigold', which has been written and directed by Willard Carrol (Hyperion Pictures), could star one of the three Khans - Salman, Aamir or Shah Rukh. The leading lady? Well, there's a choice of pop diva-turned-actress Britney Spears, Gywneth Paltrow or Jennifer Love.
The film is to be shot in Hindi and English simultaneously and will cost $10 million (50 crore approx), equaling the all time record set by 'Devdas' in terms of being the most expensive Hindi film ever made. While the English version will be just an hour and 45 minutes, the Hindi version will be around two-and-a-half hours. A R Rahman stands a good chance of taking over the music reins considering his 'Bombay Dreams' project has catapulted him into the international limelight. Doesn't that already sound like music to your ears?
