Aashayein has proved to benefit Sonal Sehgal in more than one way.
The actress is debuting in Nagesh Kukunoor���s film opposite John Abraham. Sonal turned vegetarian to give a natural look to her character in Aashayein.
���Nagesh wanted me to have a no make-up look in the film. And that was not easy. I wasn���t even allowed any under-eye make-up! So, I wanted my complexion to be clear.��� Sonal, knowing that veggie diet works wonders on the face, went in for a strict all-green diet till the film was shot.
