It’s one thing to work on a film, and another to bond like a huge, extended family while putting a movie together. The team of 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' had a great time collaborating on the film. For starters, the entire cast and crew, including director Shree Narayan Singh, and lead stars Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, travelled together in a bus to the locations from their hotel.Given the positive energy within the team and its desire to work like one cohesive unit, everyone decided to have their meals together, on the set and off it, too.
It’s known that Shahid enjoys his workout sessions and prefers to stay fit. The actor makes it a point to hit the gym, irrespective of his work and holiday schedules. In keeping with that, he had set up his own gym at the hotel where the team was stationed in the course of the shoot in Uttarakhand. However, it wasn’t just reserved for the actor. The gym was open to the entire unit. Shahid was often seen training crew members and guiding them with their workout regime. Now, that’s what we call a team that eats together and stays fit together.
