When Shah Rukh Khan replied to Gauri Khan’s brother Vikrant Chibber’s threat: 'Tujhe maloom hai sale katta kya hota hai'

Bollywood's iconic couple, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, have become symbols of couple goals. However, their journey to marriage wasn’t without its hurdles, especially involving Gauri's protective brother, Vikrant Chibber. In an old conversation with Kapil Sharma, Shah Rukh Khan shared a humorous story of his initial interactions with Vikrant, revealing the tension that existed in the early days of their relationship.


Shah Rukh recalled one particular moment when Vikrant warned him sternly, saying, "Oee saale sunnle tu yaar, mere bhen kay saath krle dance dunce jo krna hai pr no hanky-panky." Vikrant, who saw Shah Rukh as a threat, went as far as to tell him, “Tujhe maloom hai sale katta kya hota hai,” to which Shah Rukh replied calmly, “Jee mujhe nahi maloom katta kya hota hai.” This wasn’t the only instance where Shah Rukh faced intense opposition. Vikrant once warned him with a chilling statement, “Saale golli chlao na toh pta nhi chlta ki aage se chli hai ya peeche se chli hai.”

Despite the tensions, Shah Rukh’s unwavering love for Gauri led him to navigate through these challenges with courage and respect. He shared how Gauri’s brother would often threaten him with physical violence, but Shah Rukh would simply nod and smile, not letting the threats deter his commitment to Gauri.

In her earlier interviews, Gauri Khan herself reflected on her brother’s intense possessiveness and how it tested Shah Rukh’s patience. She mentioned how Vikrant would scream, "I’ll beat you to pulp, I’ll bash you up," every time he caught Shah Rukh looking at her, adding a layer of complexity to their relationship.
