When birthday girl Parineeti Chopra said she wants her niece, Priyanka Chopra's daughter Malti Marie to watch THIS film of hers

Parineeti Chopra celebrates her birthday today. The actress who started her career in movies in 'Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl' followed by 'Ishaqzaade' has come a long way. Parineeti is known for a number of memorable movies and recently won immense accolades for Imtiaz Ali's 'Chamkila' co-starring Diljit Dosanjh. On her birthday today, here's recalling the time when she was asked to pick a film which she would want to show to her niece Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.

Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti are cousins and they call each other Mimi Didi and Teesha respectively. Earlier, Parineeti was often seen visiting PC and her family in LA and spending time with them. In an old interview when she was asked about a film she wants to show Priyanka's daughter Malti when she grows up, the actress had picked 'Hasee Toh Phasee'. Parineeti had said that it's a kid-friendly movie.

She further laughed and said, "I would want her to know that Tisha maasi is a crazy person, and Hasee Toh Phasee would give her that craziness."
'Hasee Toh Phasee' is now considered a little gem which was soulful and beautiful. It's also considered one of Parineeti's best from her filmography so far and starred her alongside Sidharth Malhotra.

Parineeti who got married to Raghav Chadha in September 2023 has now been juggling between three cities - Mumbai, Delhi and London after her marriage.
