Kangana Ranaut is earning praise for the trailer of ‘Panga’ and on the personal front, the actress is rumoured to tie the knot in 2020. Recently during a media interaction, when the actress was asked about her wedding plans, Kangana was quick to quip that her ‘Panga’ director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari is keen to get her married. The actress revealed that while she found it difficult to have an equal companionship in a marriage, she was impressed with the relationship of Ashwiny and her filmmaker husband
Nitesh Tiwari.
The actress went on to praise how the couple creatively collaborated and that she is looking for someone who is more intelligent and talented than her. And while Kangana is clear about her Mr Right, it remains to be seen when she will finally take the plunge.
‘Panga’ will feature Kangana in the role of a retired Kabaddi player, who works hard for a comeback. “When Ashwiny narrated the story of 'Panga', I was completely moved. My family has been my pillar of strength and have always stood by me in thick and thin. I could really relate to the emotions of the film. Plus, Ashwiny is known for her slice-of-life films and I loved her recent work 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'. 'Panga' is doubly special for me as for the first time, I will play the role of a national-level Kabbadi player. That's going to be challenging for sure! I am looking forward to some exciting times with Ashwiny and the Fox Star team," Kangana had told PTI.
‘Panga’ is scheduled to hit the screens on January 24 and will clash with Varun Dhawan-Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Street Dancer’.
