Watch: Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan’s 'Kedarnath' gets an auspicious start

’, starring Sushant Singh Rajput and debutante Sara Ali Khan, finally goes on floors today. What’s more? Director Abhishek Kapoor has revealed that the shooting has commenced on the most auspicious of days.


Taking to Twitter, the filmmaker shared a small video clip that showed a religious ceremony in the temple of Triyuginarayan. Turns out, Thursday marked the day when Lord Shiva married Parvati in this temple. An excited Abhishek shared this wonderful clip with the caption, “Our 1st day of shoot coincided with the day Shiva married Parvati at the Triyuginarayan temple. Couldn't ask for a better day to being shoot.”


The movie, which is set against the backdrop of 2013 Uttarakhand floods, is scheduled to hit the theatres in June 2018.
