The actor’s sister, Dr. Kritika Tiwari, is about to get married, and the pre-wedding rituals have already begun with much joy and excitement. Videos from her haldi ceremony are flooding social media, capturing the vibrant mood of the occasion. In one standout clip, Kartik can be seen dancing to ‘Kajra Re.’

His fan pages shared clips from sister Kritika's haldi ceremony. One video shows him dancing happily to ‘Kajra Re’ with family and guests. Kritika and her mother, Mala Tiwari, dance along too. Another clip has Kritika getting haldi applied, with Mala behind her. Kritika wears a white ethnic outfit, Mala a yellow-red saree, and Kartik a white kurta.

Deep bond with sister Kritika Tiwari

The actor has a very close relationship with his sister Kritika and often shares heartfelt moments with her during festivals like Raksha Bandhan and Bhai Dooj. In an interview with Bombay Times, he described their bond by saying, “I have to say, having a sister is a blessing, and it’s sonay pe suhaga if she becomes your best friend. Sisters are the best secret keepers. Even today, I have that comfort with Kittu where I share everything with her." He mentioned that Kritika is the person he turns to during difficult times or when he’s having a bad day. He added, “She is younger but wiser than me… She is my cheerleader, but she is also honest about her thoughts and feedback."

Upcoming rom-com project

On the professional front, Kartik Aaryan’s next project pairs him with Ananya Panday in the rom-com ‘Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri.’ Last week, on his birthday, the makers unveiled a teaser showcasing their sizzling on-screen vibe. Helmed by Sameer Vidwans, the director behind their earlier success ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha,’ it is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Shareen Mantri Kedia, Kishor Arora, and Bhumika Tewari. Set to hit the theaters on December 25.
