Watch: Anil Kapoor and Ileana D’Cruz celebrate 2 years of ‘Mubarakan’, hints at the sequel

Anees Bazmee directorial ‘Mubarakan’ today clocked 2 years and the team today got together coincidentally and it would have been a waster if they did not celebrate the occasion. Giving us a glimpse of their celebration, Anil Kapoor shared a video on his social media handles.
Taking to his Twitter handle, Anil shared a video where he can be seen with his ‘Mubarakan’ co-star Ileana D’Cruz and director Anees Bazmee.He narrates how they coincidentally met today on the occasion of their film celebrating its two year anniversary.
Apart from the celebration, the filmmaker also hinted at the possible sequel to the film which will either be released on the 25th of next year or the year next to that. Other actors from the film were misssing from the celebrations.

‘Mubarakan’ also starred Arjun Kapoor in a double role along with Athiya Shetty.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Arjun will next be seen in Ashutosh Gowariker’s historical drama ‘Panipat’ which also stars Sanjay Dutt and Kriti Sanon in lead roles.
Anil, on the other hand, will be seen in Karan Johar’s magnum opus, ‘Takht’ along with Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar in pivotal roles.
He will also be seen in director Mohit Suri’s next titled, ‘Malang’ which stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani in lead roles.
