Archana Puran Singh recently opened up about filming the iconic 'Tere Ishq Main Nachenge' song from Raja Hindustani, revealing the truth behind rumours of Aamir Khan getting drunk for the scene.
In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Archana mentioned hearing that Aamir might have experimented with the scene while drinking, though he didn’t do so in front of her. Despite his initial dissatisfaction, he ultimately went through with the performance.
Archana also reflected on her award nomination for the film, expressing her joy at the recognition. She noted that it was her only nomination and highlighted that she never won an award. Pradeep told her that a nomination was almost as good as winning, which she accepted. She also mentioned how she was thin at that time in her life.
In an old interview with Lehren Retro, director Dharmesh Darshan spoke about his career and personal life. Reflecting on his major hit Raja Hindustani, he discussed its remarkable success despite lacking backing. He also noted that the Aamir Khan and Karisma Kapoor film uniquely holds the record for having five release dates in cinema history.
