Vivek Agnihotri is one of the promising directors in India, and his recent projects, including 'The Kashmir Files’ and ‘The Vaccine War,’ have sparked discussions among audiences and critics due to their true-life narration.

Recently, the National Award-winning director took to his micro-blogging account to appreciate the original Telugu superhero movie ‘Hanu-Man,’ starring Teja Sajja in the lead role. Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri is an avid supporter of good cinema and filmmakers.

While sharing his excitement and review about the Teja Sajja starrer ‘Hanu-Man,’ he wrote, “Thrilled with the success of #HanuMAN! Kudos @PrasanthVarma, @tejasajja123, the stellar crew & VFX team. Also, big thanks for your valuable contribution to Indic Cinema. A moment of glory for the Indic Renaissance, a movement we initiated in 2010 with #BuddhaInATrafficJam, which was stuck for 6 yrs and finally released free on YouTube by Rajshree. What a delight to see that it’s now flourishing with blockbusters like #TheTashkentFiles, #TheKashmirFiles, #TheKeralaStory, #Kantara, #Kartikeya2, and many more surprises in the pipeline. Keep blessing Indic filmmakers.”

‘Hanu-Man’ has crossed almost Rs 50 crores in India, and the movie was made on a meager budget of Rs 25 crore. Yesterday, director Ram Gopal Varma appreciated Prashanth Varma for making such a VFX-friendly movie on a low budget. He mentioned in a Twitter video that this is a lesson for all big-budget movie makers.
