Vivek Agnihotri announces 'buy 1 get 1' ticket for 'The Vaccine War'

Vivek Agnihotri’s directorial ‘The Vaccine War,’ has been able to garner good numbers at the box office. It is keeping a good hold over the audience, and thus, as a return gift filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri has announced a special offer for the cine-lovers. He has announced ‘buy 1 get 1 ticket free’ offer for the movie till the time it is in the theatres.

‘The Kashmir Files’ fame director took to his social media handle to share this piece of great news. He wrote "Friends, today on the occasion of Sunday and Gandhi Jayanti holiday, visit #TheVaccineWar and get a free ticket. Give this free ticket to your maid, househelp or a woman/girl. Please enjoy (sic)."

This is not the first time that a movie maker revealed such an offer. Recently, Shah Rukh gave the same offer to the fans for the Atlee-directed ‘Jawan’. SRK made his offer public after the movie made a business of Rs 1,000 crore globally.



Directed by Agnihotri, 'The Vaccine War' stars veteran actor Nana Patekar, Anupam Kher, Pallavi Joshi, Sapthami Gowda, and Raima Sen in the lead. Based on 'Going Viral: Making of Covaxin' by Balram Bhargava, the movie was released on September 28 in three languages - Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
