' is no different. The film, revolving around
Laali
and Laddoo's wedding, largely focuses on father-son and father-daughter relationships. The chemistry of the lead pair Laali, played by
Akshara Haasan and Laddoo, essayed by
Vivaan Shah, lends freshness to the story.
The family drama, produced by Star Entertainment Worldwide Pvt Ltd, also features seasoned actors like Darshan Jariwala, Saurabh Shukla, Suhasini Mulay, Kishori Shahane, Navni Parihar and Sanjay Mishra. Gurmeet Choudhary, Ravi Kishan and Kavitaa Verma play pivotal roles. The film, designed by Shahid Khan, has been shot at Laxmi Vilas Palace, Vadodara.
Producers TP Aggarwal and Rahul Aggarwal are enthusiastic about the movie. They believe, 'The highlights of our film are its emotions and songs. We have an array of singers on board, which makes the music appealing to the ears.' Writer-director Manish Harishankar, on his part, shares, 'It took me over two years to write this film. It's close to my heart and very realistic. I'll be happy if fathers and grown-up kids connect with the film.'
