Vikrant Massey opens up on how he plans to raise his son 'in the current social climate'

Actor Vikrant Massey, who recently welcomed his first baby earlier in February with wife Sheetal Thakur, opened up about how he plans to raise his son 'in the current social climate'.

In an interview with GQ India, Vikrant Massey shared that he wants to be nimble and think on his feet, so he can adapt. According to him, the pace at which the world is changing is faster than people can comprehend, so there’s no point in planning ahead. The priority is to ensure his baby is healthy.

When asked what it was like to be a new dad, Vikrant expressed that it’s the best role of his life. A role that’s going to last a lifetime and the one he is looking forward to.

For the unverse, Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur married in 2022, and their son was born on February 7, 2024. Recently, the couple announced their son's name, writing on Instagram along with a family photo of the three, “Nothing short of a blessing... We named him Vardaan!!!”

On the work front, Vikrant was last seen in Vidhu Vinod Chopra's '12th Fail', which revolves around UPSC aspirants and is based on the real-life experiences of IPS officer Manoj Kumar. He will next be seen in 'The Sabarmati Report'.
