Vikrant Massey and Shanaya Kapoor start shooting for 'Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan' – Romance inspired by Ruskin Bond

Vikrant Massey is fresh from the success of '12th Fail' and has himself landed in a flurry of projects. According to the latest reports, he's going to romance with Shanaya Kapoor in 'Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan.' It is a love story inspired by a short story from one of the most cherished authors, Ruskin Bond.
The movie is to be directed by Santosh Singh, and it will mark Shanaya Kapoor's first big-screen venture. Niranjan Iyengar and Mansi Bagla have scripted this movie that explores the emotional journey of two unique characters, who will be brought alive by Vikrant Massey and Shanaya Kapoor.
Talking to Pinkvilla, Vikrant Massey said, "Playing a lover boy is an exciting challenge, and the scale of Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan feels truly grand." He is thankful for the creative vision that the producers have brought to the table, and he is excited to be working with Shanaya in her debut film.
Shanaya felt there was a deep connection for her character in this first film. "I feel my character is a very close one to the heart that she is strong, emotive, and vibrant in her own way," says the actress. She adds, "I am grateful to work under the guidance of director Santosh Singh."
Last but not least, the film’s music, composed by Vishal Mishra, promises a melodic touch, featuring prominent singers to enhance the story’s emotional core.
