Vikram Bali, gearing up for Bollywood

Mumbai indeed is the city of dreams and Akshay Kumar’s secretary (late) Vikas Bali’s son Vikram Bali is all set to make it big in Bollywood.
Vikas Bali was Akshay’s business manager for over 18 years and was associated with him since his first film.
Vikram’s debut, tentatively titled Haule Haule Ho Jayega Pyaar, will be produced by Rocky Daswani and Rakesh Upadhyay and will be directed by Pankaj Batra. The film is a love story and will go on floors from February 15, 2011.
Rakesh Upadhyay said, “I share a very close relationship with Vikram’s father Vikas Bali. Ever since his death in April 2007, I wanted to start a film with Vikram. The film will introduce two more girls. We have just applied for the title and hopefully we will get it.”
Debutante Vikram boasts of a theatre background and has done workshops with Nadira Babbar’s Ekjute and Arvind Pande’s Motley group along with Nasserudin Shah.
Bali said, “I assisted in two films, Victory and Breakaway and after that I just finished my acting course with Anupam Kher’s academy. I am looking forward to my first film.”
