Vidyut Jammwal sent temperatures soaring recently after he shared some steamy black and white throwback pictures – his very first pictures on Instagram years ago. The actor wanted to thank his followers on social media and captioned the post, “Thanking everyone who joined me with my 1st insta post (Above)… till today...”
Vidyut, who is known for his impressive martial arts skills, started using Instagram in September 2016.
Over the years, he has shared several pictures and videos of performing jaw-dropping stunts, both onscreen as well as off screen.
On the work front, the actor recently started shooting for ‘Khuda Haafiz Chapter II Agni Pariksha’. The film, directed by Faruk Kabir, is a sequel to last year’s ‘Khuda Haafiz’, which also starred Vidyut in the lead role. The team was initially supposed to begin shooting back in April, but had to postpone it after the second wave hit the country. Apart from Vidyut, the film also stars
Shivaleeka Oberoi, Annu Kapoor, Aahana Kumra, Shiv Pandit, Nawab Shah and
Vipin Sharma. Talking about working on the sequel, the actor said, “The sequel is always special as it is a happy validation of what you've done in the past. This story resonates with me because every movie has made me wonder what happens after a happy ending. Khuda Haafiz Chapter II Agni Pariksha chronicles a couple's journey amid the challenges of societal pressure after they've traversed over a huge turmoil.”
Vidyut also has 'Sanak' in his kitty. The film, which is being directed by Kanishk Varma, also stars Neha Dhupia, Chandan Roy Sanyal and Rukmini Maitra.
