Vidya bestowed with vidya

Vidya Balan (TOI Photo) More picsWhen we called Vidya Balan recently, she was at a dubbing studio, dubbing not for her forthcoming Kismet Konnection but for an ad film instead.
So we told her that we���ll call her up and chat later. But when we called after eight hours, the actor was still in the dubbing studio! Apparently, Vids dubbed for an ad commercial in nine different languages: Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu.
We hear she attempted Oriya, too, but didn���t manage. The girl spent ten hours at the dubbing studio and was at an all-time high. ���She prefers dubbing herself, and in fact hates it when someone else has to dub for her,��� we are told, ���She is amazing at picking up languages and accents and managed to dub for us in as many as nine Indian languages, now that���s something!��� Well, after all her name is Vidya, na!
