Vidya Balan shoots with ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ director Ali Abbas Zafar

Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar may be busy with his upcoming film ‘Bharat’ which reportedly has Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra in the leads. But that hasn’t stopped the successful filmmaker from removing time for a special shoot with none other than Vidya Balan. Just a few days before Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Bharat’ went on floors, he shot a special commercial with the ‘Kahaani 2’ actress for a Delhi-based brand. The special promotional shoot took place at a prominent studio located in Andheri, Mumbai.
In this special commercial shoot, Vidya Balan who is the brand ambassador for the realty based brand from Delhi, shot with newcomers.‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ and ‘Sultan’ maker Ali Abbas Zafar directed the commercial. It will be exciting to see if this translates into a future film between Zafar and Vidya Balan. The commercial will be released in a few weeks.
Meanwhile, ‘Bharat’ is the director's third outing with Salman, with whom he has worked with on Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai. Bharat will release on Eid 2019. Ali Abbas Zafar had tweeted on Sunday, “We are in full flow with preproduction of #Bharat the film, lots of exciting news will come your way soon....baaki Aaj Sunday hai… enjoy.” Reportedly, ‘Bharat’ is an adaptation of the 2014 South Korean film ‘Ode to My Father’. The film is co-produced by Bhushan Kumar and Atul Agnihotri.
