with back to back stellar performances on the silver screen recently opened up about why she signed Shakuntala Devi’s biopic.
In an interview with Mid-Day, Vidya said, "What drew me to the subject was her magnetic personality and the life that she led. I am playing her from her early 20s till the fag end of her career." Furthermore, she even said, "I will get a bob to look the part. So the curly bob and my classic South Indian face is a good match for the part."
Meanwhile, Vidya was recently papped by the paparazzi on the look test shoot for mathematician 'Shakuntala Devi'. Helmed by Anu Menon, the film will go on floors soon.
