'Munnabhai' director Raj Kumar Hirani has moved on. He will now direct a film called 'PK' with Aamir Khan in the lead for Vinod Chopra Productions. The next 'Munnabhai' film entitled 'Munnabhai Ki Aatma Katha' will reunite Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani. But would probably be directed by the 'Ferrari Ki Sawaari' director Rajesh Mapuskar.
It’s now felt within Vinod Chopra’s production house that Hirani’s 'Munnabhai' legacy can be handed over to another director without mishap.

Recently Vidhu Vinod Chopra invited the Big B to view his new film 'Ferrari Ki Sawaari'.
Apparently the Big B loved the film and told the delighted producer so.
Says Chopra proudly, “Mr Bachchan saw the rough cut and loved it. It took us four years to write 'Ferrari Ki Sawari'. When we could’ve worked with any of the big stars after '3 Idiots' we chose to work with Sharman Joshi. We’re very proud of 'Ferrari Ki Sawari'. It will be one of the biggest in the history of Indian cinema. You can put that on record. But that’s not why we made it.”
