And now, the dashing actor took to his Twitter handle to share a big update on ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’. He tweeted, “Gonna announce the release date today at 4 pm tab tak ………” Along with the tweet he shared a quirky picture of Amrish Puri while ‘Jug Jugg Jiyo Beta’ was written on it.
‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’, directed by Raj Mehta of ‘Good Newwz’ fame, will also mark YouTuber Prajakta Koli's Bollywood debut.

Apart from ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’, Varun was last seen in David Dhawan’s ‘Coolie No.1’ sharing screen space with Sara Ali Khan. He is all set to team up with 'Andhadhun' director Sriram Raghavan for Param Vir Chakra recipient Arun Khetarpal's biopic soon. On the other hand, Kiara Advani was last seen in Vishnuvaradhan’s ‘Shershaah’.
