Varun Dhawan and Wife Natasha Dalal purchase lavish Juhu apartment for Rs 44.52 crore- Report

Bollywood star Varun Dhawan and his wife, Natasha Dalal, have reportedly invested in a luxurious property in Mumbai’s Juhu area. The couple has purchased a sprawling 5,512 sq ft apartment on the seventh floor of an under-construction tower, Twenty, from a well-known home furnishing giant.

According to the Economic Times, the high-value transaction, costing Rs 87,000 per sq ft, marks one of the most expensive real estate acquisitions in the Juhu locality, a favoured address among Bollywood actors, producers, and insiders.


The registration of the deal, completed on December 3, involved a hefty Rs 2.67 crore in stamp duty, as per the documents. However, an official confirmation from Dhawan’s representatives and the dealers is still awaited regarding the amounts and property details.

Juhu and Bandra, two iconic Mumbai neighbourhoods, are synonymous with celebrity residences. Amitabh Bachchan’s iconic bungalows, Pratiksha and Jalsa, are landmarks in Juhu. Celebrities such as Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Dharmendra, Hema Malini, and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali also own properties in Juhu. Meanwhile, Bandra boasts high-profile residents, including Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Saif Ali Khan with Kareena Kapoor.

On the work front, Dhawan recently appeared in the film 'Baby John', directed by Kalees and co-starring Keerthy Suresh, Jackie Shroff, and Wamiqa Gabbi. Fans can look forward to his upcoming ventures, including Boney Kapoor's 'No Entry 2' with Diljit Dosanjh and Arjun Kapoor. He is also set to feature in JP Dutta’s 'Border 2', sharing the screen with Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty.
