Vaani Kapoor: The festive season makes me feel happy from within
Vaani Kapoor loves the . The actress enjoys dressing up and soaking in the festivities. Having lived in Mumbai since the beginning of her showbiz journey, Vaani says that Mumbai certainly feels like home. However, when it comes to festivals, she prefers the capital over aamchi Mumbai.
The actress who arrived for the unveiling of The Diwali Edit in Lower Parel, says, “Well, I am a Delhi girl, and I must say that any festival in Delhi hits different. People are very welcoming and warm and most importantly, they love being hosts. They look forward to making it a community celebration and that is what makes it lovelier. I love the feeling of being a warm and lovely host.”
Talking about what excites her most about the festive season, the Mandala Murders actor said, “It’s that time of the year when everybody is happier and joyous. It’s the time when families come together and bond. It’s about accompanying your friends and loved ones and visiting each other’s homes. I just love the festive season as you feel happy from within. It feels warm and just nicer.”
As she arrived at the Phoenix Palladium mall to unveil the Armani decor, she said, "It's just stunning! It's giving understated luxury. It’s minimalist, yet so rich in texture. You walk through it and just get spoilt for choice. I was strolling down the mall, and honestly, I kept thinking about all the things I could pick up for my home. It just makes you want to redecorate everything. It’s very opulent, very inspiring."
