Urvashi Rautela breaks silence about dating rumours with Rishabh Pant: 'Linking me with RP...'

Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela often sparks dating rumours with Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant. The actress, however, has refuted this rumour and claimed that the online memes circulating about the purported relationship are based on false information. She also talked candidly about the negative effects of constant rumours on her life.


During a conversation with NDTV, Urvashi shared, “Regarding the persistent rumours linking me with RP (Rishabh Pant), I want to clarify that these memes and rumours are unfounded. I prefer to keep my personal life private. My focus remains on my career and the work I am passionate about. It’s important to address such matters with transparency and to concentrate on the truth rather than speculation. I don’t understand why meme material pages get super excited.”


Urvashi Rautela further added that dealing with constant scrutiny and unfounded rumours about her personal life can be challenging. She manages this by concentrating on aspects of her work and personal growth that she can control. The actress said she chooses to address rumours with clarity and honesty while preserving her privacy, ensuring that speculation does not distract them from her career. By surrounding herself with supportive people and remaining grounded in her values, she effectively manages the pressure and maintains focus on her goals.


Because of her alleged relationship with cricket player Rishabh Pant, Urvashi Rautela frequently makes headlines. When the actress said in 2022 that she had to wait for hours due to a certain "RP," people assumed that the comment was meant for the cricket player. She also shared cryptic posts on love and heartbreak and was also in Australia at the same time when Pant was there for team India’s match. However, she later clarified that the RP in her life is her co-star, Ram Pothineni.


On the work front, Urvashi most recently appeared in Ananya Panday’s series ‘Call Me Bae’ and played a Bollywood actress in the series. She will be next seen in her upcoming film ‘NBK109’ alongside Nandamuri Balakrishna. She also has Ahmed Khan’s directorial ‘Baap’ and Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Welcome To The Jungle’ in the pipeline. The actress will also be seen in ‘Kasoor 2’.
