Upen Patel who is currently working on a Tamil film lent a helping hand to a few rickshaw drivers who reached out to him. Recently, Upen was in
Bandra
for a meeting and as he stepped out of it, a few auto rickshaw drivers asked him if he could help out know the owner of a smartphone which was left behind by a passenger in one of the autos. Upen immediately agreed to help them out. He accessed the phone and called the owner. The actor also waited for over 30 minutes with the drivers before the phone was handed over to the owner.
As far as work is concerned, Upen is currently working on a Tamil film, 'Boomerang'. He has on a number of occasions said that he feels extremely blessed and humble to be a part of the project. Speaking to a publication, the actor has also mentioned about how organised the team is and how how everyone in the unit works. Upen has previously played a negative character in Shankar's Tamil film, 'I'.
