Supreme Court has dismissed Sushant Singh Rajput's sister Priyanka Singh's petition, which challenged the Bombay High Court’s judgment, which refused to quash the FIR lodged against her. The said complaint was lodged by Rhea Chakraborty and allegedly named Priyanka for forging a fake medical prescription for Sushant Singh Rajput.

Reacting to the SC’s decision, Rhea’s lawyer, Satish Maneshinde had shared in a statement, “We are overwhelmed by the order of the Honble Supreme Court. Justice Prevails in India.
