Trisha Krishnan reveals her X account got hacked; warns fans against posts
Popular actress Trisha Krishnan announced on Instagram that her X (formerly Twitter) account was hacked on February 11, 2025. She warned her fans not to trust any posts until the account is recovered.
Taking to Instagram, Trisha penned a note which read, "My Twitter is hacked guys. Whatever posted is not from me until rectified. Thanks (sic)."

Hours before Trisha announced her X account was hacked, a now-deleted post appeared promoting a cryptocurrency scam. The fraudulent post read, "I am excited to do something like this for the first time. I created my own cryptocurrency and now it’s live! I love you all (sic)".
Unfortunately, Trisha has been down this road before. A hacking incident in 2017, connected to controversies around Jallikattu and perceived ties with PETA, forced her to temporarily abandon her X account. It seems her social media presence has been a target for some time.
On the work front, Trisha Krishnan recently starred in 'Vidaamuyarchi' with Ajith Kumar and Arjun Sarja. Following several delays, the movie was released on February 6, 2025. This film also marks the reunion of the popular on-screen couple, Ajith and Trisha, who previously starred together in hits such as 'Kireedam', 'Ji', and 'Poorna Market'. The film is said to be an action thriller.
Reportedly, 'Vidaamuyarchi' earned around Rs 26 crore in India on its first day across all languages. The film made Rs 26 crore on its opening day. The Tamil version alone brought in approximately Rs 21.50 crore, while the Telugu version, 'Pattudala', earned Rs 50 lakh on the first day.
