Times when Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt spoke about their daughter Raha Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt became parents to a baby girl on November 6, 2022. Soon after she was born, they announced her name as Raha Kapoor. Ranbir and Alia are proving to be doting parents ever since Raha was born. While they've been extremely protective about their baby girl, the twinkle in their eyes, every time Ranbir and Alia talk about Raha, cannot be missed! Here's looking at the times when Ranbir and Alia spoke about their daughter Raha and gave out some adorable deets about her!

When Ranbir spoke about Raha for the first time

Raha was one month old when Ranbir attended the Red Sea Festival and spoke of her for the first time. He spoke about parenting and said that it's very important to set an example for your child and embody some attributes. He had said that the word 'daughter' has completely not sunk in to him. He has still not heard it enough and said it enough and goes 'wow' every time someone says, 'your daughter'.

A seven-star moment

Ranbir said it was the most surreal, 'seven-star' moment for him when he held his daughter Raha for the first time. He was in the labour room and at the hospital all through, when Alia delivered the baby. He had also confessed that him and Alia both used to stay awake all night in the initial few months when Raha was born. While he didn't change many diapers, he has become a burp expert.

Quality time

Alia and Ranbir both love spending quality time with Raha. Alia had said in an interview that Ranbir's favourite thing to do with Raha is to sit by the window and look at trees and plants. So, when Ranbir is travelling, she does that ritual with their daughter. Alia had revealed that since Raha is growing up so fast, they know that these moments will never return and hence they don't want to miss out on it. The actress had also said that Ranbir and she plan schedules in a way that one of them is always with Raha. For instance, when Alia signed 'Jigra', Ranbir cleared up his next few months to spend time with their daughter.

Showing Raha's face to the world

Ranbir had said during an interaction with fans that he loves showing Raha's picture to everyone. That's the first thing he does when he meets anyone. Alia had also said on 'Koffee With Karan 8' that they're very proud of their baby but are just not ready to see Raha's face all over social media. They will show her face to the world when they're ready as parents and that time, it shall happen organically!

Heart-breaking to leave home

Ranbir had said he really cherishes even those 20minutes with his daughter in the morning before he goes to work. But it's heartbreaking for him to leave Raha at home and go out, especially after seeing her smile. On the other hand, Alia had said that her daughter is her lucky charm and she always leaves home after seeing her smile.
