Tillakaratne Dilshan, the Lankan batsman who plays for the Delhi IPL team, had said a few months ago that he’s in the middle of writing a film script.

Tillakaratne Dilshan, the Lankan batsman who plays for the Delhi IPL team, had said a few months ago that he’s in the middle of writing a film script.
And when we met him again before the first IPL match, he saidexcitedly, “I am relieved now as I am done with thescript.”Dilshan has devoted two years to writing the script.“It’s very different from the conventional ones. I have added atwist to it by putting in love and loads of thrill and drama.” However,Dilshan’s not sure about when he begins the filmmaking. Though it’sgoing to be a Lankan movie, Dilshan plans to market his script in India too. Heshares a close bond with India as he married his then girlfriend, Manjula, whois an actor, in Delhi. “The lead cast is yet to be decided,” hesaid. The movie is untitled, and might have Indian actors too. “I am thinking about the cast, though I want to have someone like Hrithik Roshan in it. I am eagerly waiting for the release of Kites.
