Last year while speaking to ETimes, Randhir Kapoor had expressed his desire to get behind the camera for a home production venture. Eager to revive the iconic RK banner, the actor had shared, “Well, it's happening. We are reviving the RK banner now. The film will be a love story." And will he direct it? "Yes," Raj Kapoor's eldest son had quipped.

After the demise of his brother Rajiv Kapoor in February this year, Randhir Kapoor moved out of their ancestral RK home in Chembur. The veteran actor has bought a new abode in Bandra, which is closer to his daughters -
