Talking about it to a tabloid , he said that their films were made by two different film directors - Ashutosh Gowariker and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who had distinct filmmaking styles and temperament. He wanted to remain loyal to Ashutosh's story and vision. Arjun believes that whatever advice Ranveer would have given him would have been derived from Bhansali's understanding.
