This naya film brought back purani yaadein
A private screening of the new, colour version of Naya Daur at B R Chopra’s residence refereshed a few memories.
A small gathering it was, but the memories that were revisited and the laughter that echoed around the room made for big entertainment. And a wonderfully spent evening.
A private screening of the new, colour version of Naya Daur at B R Chopra’s residence in Mumbai, saw the lead pair of the film Dilip Kumar and Vyjanthimala bond over old times.
Not just them, even Saira Banu and Vyjantimala shared a couple of ‘those good ol’ days’ moments.
As son Ravi Chopra wheeled B R Chopra into the room, Dilip, Saira and Vyjantimala all warmly greeted him. Vyjantimala’s son Sachindra Bali, Ravi’s wife Renu, Pankaj and Farida Udhas and Shyam Shroff were also part of this special evening.
