And thats what the rumour mills did - turned it into a war of words between the two actresses.

There was buzz about a fallout between them over their costumes.
The two actresses play roommates in the film, and Preity was apparently miffed to see that Ishaas outfit similar to hers. But while Preitys clothes have been designed by her pet designer Surily Goel, Ishaas were made by Payal Saluja.
Ishaas currently shooting in a remote area in the country, but spoke to BT refuting the rumours. Says Ishaa, First of all, its stale news, because it happened sometime in September. I dont know why its being brought up now. There was no tiff between Preity and me. What really happened was that both of us were wearing black jackets to cover our outfits. But our dresses beneath the jacket were completely different. While Preity was wearing a red top with a black short skirt, I was wearing a fuchsia dress. But since both of us wore black jackets and boots, it looked similar. So Preity, the director and I had a discussion about it. In fact, it was Preity who said it would be unfair to ask me to change my clothes at the eleventh hour.
So is the issue sorted? Yes. It wasnt as big an event as its being made out to be. The scene has also been canned. Weve gone ahead with the same outfits, she says.
