“I've always wanted to travel to the NorthEast because I have never explored that before. I went for a five-day trip, which started with me landing in Guwahati. Exploring the city, I saw the historial significance it holds,” she shares.

The next stop for Apeksha was Meghalaya and she was truly overwhelmed by the scenic beauty there. “I stayed in Shillong and from there, I went to so many places. The flora, natural resources and landscape that Meghalaya has is unlike anywhere else in India. The most beautiful part for me was to visit the caves, lagoons and experience crystal-clear blue water. The untouched landscape of the state is just mesmerising,” she insists.

Apeksha also visited the cleanest village in India, Mawlynnog in Meghalaya. “The way they have maintained the landscape and cleanliness is truly commendable. I also visited Cherrapunji, the wettest city in India and the waterfalls there just had my heart. It was a beautiful trip,” says the actor, who was recently seen in the web series Honeymoon Photographer.
