Says a source, ���The decision to cast Adhyan was taken just three to four days ago. Adhyan has already started shooting for the same in Film City.���
Mahesh Bhatt confirms and says, ���Yes, we have chosen Adhyan to play Kangna���s live-in boyfriend in Raaz 2.��� How did it happen? Mahesh says that Shekhar walked into his office casually and showed him some of Adhyan���s pictures.���But, Shekhar did not tell me that Adhyan was his son. I just saw a couple of pictures and told him that I wanted to meet this boy,��� says Mahesh.
���Shekhar smiled and told me that I was talking about meeting his son. I screen tested Adhyan and I assure you that he has an amazing screen presence. Not only that, he has depth and substance too. He is a star in the making. In a year or two, he will definitely be sitting in the front rows of every film function,��� Mahesh adds.
The story of Raaz 2 goes that Adhyan and Kangna are passionately in love until a horrific tale unfolds in their life and affects their relationship. Where does that leave Mahesh���s blue-eyed boy Emraan Hashmi, we asked? ���Emraan has an important role in the film. He comes into Kangna���s life only after the horror tale rocks her and Adhyan���s life. He helps Kangna when she is in trouble,��� our source adds. Meanwhile, Adhyan is also shooting for Anil Devgan���s film Haal-E-Dil. Shekhar says, ���Haal-E-Dil will be Adhyan���s debut film. Raaz 2 will come later.���
Haal-E-Dil, which is a Rs 10-crore love story has been shot in Manali and various locations abroad. The film also stars Ajay Devgan���s secretary-turned-producer Kumar Mangat���s daughter, Amita Pathak.
