The first trailer of
Christopher Nolan's ‘
Tenet
’ dropped only late last night and it has already piqued fans’ interest. The film is being billed as a globetrotting game of international espionage and features a star-studded cast of
John David Washington,
Robert Pattinson,
Elizabeth Debicki, Bollywood actress
Dimple Kapadia, Michael Caine,
Kenneth Branagh and Clemence Poesy.
Although Dimple had a mere blink-and-you-miss-it appearance in the trailer, she is reportedly playing an important role in the film that was shot partially in Mumbai.
Twinkle Khanna turned cheerleader for her dear mom and shared the trailer on social media, with the cutest caption.
“Look! Up in the sky! It’s a bird! It's a plane! It's Superwoman!’ The iconic Superman line altered for Mother as she always sets the bar sky-high,” Twinkle said while sharing the tweet.
‘Tenet’, that is considered as the third part in Nolan's time-bending series after ‘Memento’ and ‘Inception’, reunites the filmmaker with his ‘Dunkirk’ cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema.
He is partnering with Oscar-winning "Black Panther" composer Ludwig Goransson for the film's score, rather than Hans Zimmer, his music composer of many years.
"Tenet" will release worldwide on July 17, 2020.
