Pradipta, in his turn, says, “Our film was selected out of 1,500 telefilms from all over India.
The idea hit me when I went house hunting for my sister and her husband who is nicknamed, Ghulam. Whenever any landowner heard the name, they refused to rent the house.” The story revolves around Shyamal or Salim (Ritwik) and an elderly man Nitya Ganguly. The twist in the tale comes when everyone mistakes Shyamal for Salim for a day.
