Giving back to the industry

She further explained that people entering Bollywood aren’t just here to take from it. Whether they want to act, direct, or produce, their focus should also be on giving back and helping the industry grow.Tanishaa expressed that many outsiders often enter Bollywood without a sense of loyalty, mainly focused on what they can gain. In her view, it’s usually the next generation of such families—when their children choose to join films—that they start thinking about giving back and contributing to the industry’s growth.

Defending industry insiders

Defending her Bollywood background, she took the example of some big names from the industry. She pointed out filmmaker Rohit Shetty and her brother-in-law Ajay Devgn, saying they’re proof that insiders don’t just succeed but also give back to the film fraternity. She admitted it frustrates her when the industry keeps getting bashed despite this.
