'Takht': Karan Johar heads to Seville to scout locations for his upcoming magnum opus; view pictures

Karan Johar is all set to don the director's hat once again for his upcoming magnum opus 'Takht' which has an ensemble star cast comprising of Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Anil Kapoor.
While the multi-talented director has wrapped the recce in India for 'Takht' he has now headed to Seville to scout more locations for his film. Not only that but KJo even took to Instagram to share several pictures from Spain.Check them here:



While Vicky has started taking horse-riding lessons in Mumbai and Janhvi, who plays an integral character in the film has started learning Kathak and Urdu to nail her on-screen presence in 'Takht'.
According to reports making rounds on the internet, the historical drama will showcase Ranveer as Shah Jahan's eldest son Dara Shikoh and Vicky as Aurangzeb, as they battle it out for the Mughal throne. The release date Karan’s periodic drama is not yet announced but mostly it will release next year.
