Taapsee Pannu, Richa Chadha take a dig at Haryana minister for his comment on farmers’ death

Thousands of farmers have been protesting on several borders of the national capital since November 26 opposing the three newly enacted farm laws.

In a controversial video that has been doing the round on social media, Haryana Agriculture Minister J P Dalal can reportedly be seen saying that farmers who died at the Delhi borders amid the ongoing protests against the farm laws might have died even if they had decided to stay back at home. In the alleged video, Dalal was addressing the media on the farmers’ deaths during the stir.

Ever since the video came out, the minister has faced a huge outrage due to his remark. Among others, a furious Taapsee Pannu tweeted” "Value of human life ‘zilch’! Value of ppl who grow your food ‘zilch’ Mocking their deaths .... priceless ! Slow claps".
Meanwhile, actor Richa Chadha tweeted: "Utterly disgraceful! We deserve better".
