Sushant Singh Rajput has no qualms in admitting the fact that he is trying to overcome insomnia (that he developed during the shooting of Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!), which the actor thinks has been affecting his daily routine.

Sushant’s sleep habit does remind one of several B-town actors suffering from the same dilemma. If sources are to be believed, the king of romance – Shah Rukh Khan among several other B-town celebs, is also known to sleep only three to four hours in the night.

To overcome insomnia, Sushant has also tried exercising in terms of weight training and spending considerable amount of time in the gym and has also cut down on his black coffee intake, but it didn’t help the versatile actor much.

It’s now learnt that Sushant has decided to take up meditation, yoga and relaxation therapy along with undergoing various fitness regimes including martial arts, weight training, ATS training and Parkour, which will help him get over the insomniac phase and get his much-needed sleep.

A source close to Sushant told us,"Sushant has been practicing yoga, meditation and few other forms of relaxation techniques to counter his insomnia as he barely sleeps three to four hours every night."
